Effective: Apr 1, 2026These Terms of Use are a legal agreement between you and Vibe (PixelKraft LLC) and apply to all access and use of the website, mobile web app, and related services.
By accessing or using Vibe, you acknowledge and agree to this document as a binding agreement.
1. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be legally able to agree to these terms and comply with applicable law. You are responsible for activity on your account and for maintaining access controls for your email and devices.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your profile details reasonably current for safety and trust in the community.
2. License and permitted use
Vibe grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal and lawful purposes.
No right is granted to copy, resell, reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or create derivative services based on Vibe without written permission.
3. User content and conduct
You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Vibe a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
You must not post unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, harassing, or unsafe content, and must not use Vibe to facilitate illegal or harmful activity.
4. Events, payments, and offline interactions
Vibe coordinates social planning. Users are solely responsible for in-person interactions, transportation, personal safety decisions, and compliance with local laws.
Vibe does not process or hold payments. Any settlements using third-party payment apps are strictly between users.
5. Enforcement and account actions
Vibe may investigate violations and may remove content, limit features, suspend, or terminate accounts to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these terms.
Repeated violations, fraud, impersonation, abuse, or platform manipulation may result in permanent account removal.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted availability, specific outcomes, or compatibility with all devices or networks.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibe and PixelKraft LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, goodwill, data, or opportunities.
7. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vibe and its affiliates, officers, and personnel from claims arising from your content, your conduct, or your breach of these terms.
8. Governing law and updates
These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction selected by PixelKraft LLC, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Vibe may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
