1. Data we collect

We collect account and profile information you provide (such as email, display name, profile details, preferences, and optional payment handles), plus app activity data needed to operate features like events, chat, and notifications.

We may process technical data such as device/browser metadata, approximate location signals, and diagnostics needed for reliability, abuse prevention, and security.

2. How we use data

We use personal information to provide core functionality, authenticate users, personalize discovery, support communication features, and maintain community safety.

We may use data for service analytics, quality improvements, and fraud or abuse detection.

3. Legal bases and retention

We process data to perform the service contract with you, for legitimate interests (such as security and reliability), and to comply with legal obligations.

Data retention periods vary by data type and operational need. We retain data only as long as reasonably necessary for service operation, legal compliance, and dispute handling.

We do not sell personal information. We share data with service providers strictly for hosting, infrastructure, authentication, and communications under contractual safeguards.

You can edit profile information in-app and can request account deletion through Profile settings. Deletion permanently removes account access and associated profile data from active service use.

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights (such as access, correction, deletion, and objection) subject to legal limits and verification requirements.

We may revise this policy as the service evolves. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
