This policy defines prohibited conduct on Vibe and is incorporated into the Terms of Use.

By accessing or using Vibe, you acknowledge and agree to this document as a binding agreement.

1. Prohibited abuse and illegal activity

You may not use Vibe for unlawful activity, exploitation, harassment, threats, hate, non-consensual sexual content, doxxing, stalking, or facilitation of violence.

You may not impersonate others, create deceptive identities, or engage in fraud, scams, or phishing.

2. Platform integrity and technical misuse

You may not interfere with platform availability or security, including attempts to bypass authentication, probe vulnerabilities, automate abusive traffic, or scrape data at scale.

You may not use bots or scripts to spam users, manipulate rankings, or generate synthetic engagement.

3. Content restrictions

You may not post content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, sexually exploitative, or materially deceptive.

Commercial spam, unsolicited promotions, and repeated unwanted contact are not allowed.

4. Safety in events and meetups

Users are expected to act in good faith and prioritize safety in all interactions. Any attempt to coerce, exploit, intimidate, or mislead participants is prohibited.

Vibe may remove users or content that create elevated safety risk, even if conduct occurs partly off-platform.

5. Enforcement

Vibe may investigate suspected violations and may warn, remove content, limit features, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts at its sole discretion where permitted by law.

Serious or repeated violations may be reported to appropriate authorities when legally required or reasonably necessary for safety.
